Since Netlify is a US provider, this involves a data transfer to a third country (the USA). Netlify states it is an active participant in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and additionally relies on EU Standard Contractual Clauses as well as a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR to ensure an adequate level of data protection.
We use IONOS for business e-mail communication (tino.dase@cortexforgelabs.de). E-mail content is used exclusively to process your inquiry and is not shared with third parties unless legally required.
When you visit this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. This includes: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address.
This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of the website).
If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the information you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, message text) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiating a contract/inquiry) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
We currently do not use any analytics or tracking tool, and no cookies for audience measurement. Only the technically necessary server log files are processed (see section 4).
We only share your data with the following categories of recipients where necessary for the purposes stated: hosting provider (Netlify), e-mail provider (IONOS), and, if applicable, the chosen analytics tool (see section 6). Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR exist or will be put in place with all processors.
Unless stated otherwise, personal data is deleted once the purpose of storage no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. contact inquiries are deleted after final processing, at the latest after 6–12 months).
This privacy policy is currently valid (as of: July 2026). Further development of the website or changes in legal requirements may make it necessary to amend it.
